Palmer Capital Inc., is an independent real estate capital markets firm that focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing and capitalization of office, retail and industrial properties. We have closed on over $20 Billion in investment sales transactions, primarily in the Western United States. Through our unparalleled experience in commercial real estate strategy, we provide clients with maximum exposure to the capital markets, actionable insight into current market trends and real-time requirements for qualified investors and capital sources.

In addition to investment property finance, we actively provide our lender relationships with note sale advisory services for both individual and portfolio transactions. Given our lending experience and Palmer Capital Inc.'s comprehensive platform, we are able to strategically market, value, and sell commercial real estate notes in a manner that maximizes sale proceeds.

The Palmer Capital, Inc. model has been constructed around a collaborative team of over 30 industry veterans to cover the broadest base of investor interest with relationship-based follow-up to be sure that the investor receives the proper offering and obtains a clear and concise articulation of the story and opportunity.

The platform features three disciplines:

• Investment Sales – Focused on selling Office/Industrial/Retail between Denver and the West Coast (active assets) via direct relationships with all relevant buyers and sellers. Additionally the role includes facilitating introductions between Principals and the Structured Finance Partners/Equity Placement Partners.
• Structured Finance – Focused on generating financing opportunities on active assets via relationships with CFOs and other Principals. Once the opportunity is generated, Structured Finance Partners are responsible for sourcing the loan through their relationships with various lending sources.
• Equity Placement – Focused on finding the need for new equity, be it for a recapitalization, development, or a new acquisition, and then fulfilling that need by introducing a new capital provider to the opportunity. Equity Placement Partners can also assist in entity level capital injections.
