As a Partner with over $4.5 Billion in combined real estate capital market transactions throughout his career, Jeremy is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, structuring and negotiation of commercial real estate finance transactions. Before joining Palmer Capital Inc., Jeremy was an originator with Deutsche Bank and later a Partner with Strategic Realty Capital where he focused on the structured finance of distressed commercial assets. |
