During his career, John has successfully sourced, structured and closed over $1 billion of principal investments involving institutional quality commercial real estate assets located in primary and secondary markets nationwide. Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., John worked at iStar Financial in Boston where he originated and closed structured finance investments and Net Lease acquisitions. |
