| Professional Experience |
Prior to joining Palmer Capital Inc., Josh was a Principal with Legg Mason Real Estate Investors, Inc., where he sourced, underwrote, and closed over $600 Million in senior loans, subordinate debt participations, and mezzanine loans. Prior to his tenure at Legg Mason, Josh worked at Wells Fargo in the Real Estate Merchant Banking group originating senior and mezzanine non-recourse loans. As a Partner with over 10 years direct lending experience, Josh is responsible for all aspects of financing commercial real estate transactions including underwriting, structuring, sourcing, and negotiating transactions at all levels in the investment capital stack. |
