| Professional Experience |
In his current role with The Palmer Team, Robert is a Partner within the Equity Investments group and the company’s In-House Legal Counsel. He is personally involved in all aspects of marketing commercial real estate transactions and maintains relationships with a diverse mix of capital sources. As In-House Counsel, Robert plans and directs The Palmer Team’s legal affairs, handles all corporate governance, and ensures maximum protection of the company’s rights. Previously, Robert practiced law with a litigation firm in the Sacramento area. In addition to litigating legal malpractice cases, Robert focused on resolving commercial disputes, including real estate breach of contract and corporate breach of fiduciary duty claims. |
