In his current role with The Palmer Team, Roman maintains and develops client relationships by presenting acquisition opportunities to buyers and bringing forth numerous capital sources for clients selling properties throughout the United States. He is also very involved in the team’s market research and analysis, giving Roman the ability to provide invaluable information to clients. Through his exposure and knowledge of the debt and equity markets, Roman assists clients in taking advantage of current market conditions by providing real-time capital solutions for acquisitions, dispositions and recapitalizations.
