| An institutional asset and portfolio manager with over 25 years experience, Russ has been a member of The Palmer Team since 1997. Russ’s prior role as a Portfolio Manager at American Realty Advisors and prior experience overseeing the disposition of over $1 billion of foreclosed properties from savings and loan associations enables him to offer clients invaluable advice on their offerings and investment opportunities. He currently is responsible for the operation and management of clients’ portfolios, consisting primarily of office, retail, and industrial properties throughout the United States. |
