Prior to joining The Palmer Team, Ryan was a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis within the Valuation and Advisory Services Group in New York City and Honolulu. Throughout his over 10 year tenure in the real estate industry, Ryan has analyzed properties and advised clients on assets worth in excess of a billion dollars. With his vast experience on every property type, Ryan makes a valuable contribution to The Palmer Team’s relationships in advising on the upside potential of specific assets and identifying unique investment opportunities. |
